A drone attack in the Mykolaiv region caused a fire at a supermarket
On the night of July 1 and into the morning, the region came under attack from Russian Shahed-type drones. One of the strikes set a supermarket on fire in the Mykolaiv region, and damage to civilian infrastructure was also reported.
The Mykolaiv Regional State Administration reported this on Facebook.
“Overnight and in the early morning, the enemy attacked the region with Shahed-type UAVs. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at a construction materials supermarket in the town of Snigurivka. A warehouse in the city of Nova Odesa was damaged,” the statement reads.
No one was injured.
On Tuesday, June 30, Russian forces attacked the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities four times using FPV drones. There were no casualties, the Regional State Administration added.
