Battle in the Fog: Ukrainian Armed Forces Repelled a Russian Assault Near Vyshneve
Soldiers from the 5th Assault Brigade repelled an attack by Russian forces near Vyshneve in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The battle took place in near-zero visibility due to thick fog.
According to preliminary reports, approximately 40 Russian occupiers were eliminated as a result of the battle.
Ukrainian forces acted in concert, deploying infantry, ground-based robotic systems, FPV drones, and heavy strike drones.
As a result, the enemy’s assault was thwarted, and approximately 40 Russian soldiers were killed.
The Ukrainian assault troops who held the position emerged from the battle alive.
“The position has been held. Mission accomplished,” the soldiers added in a caption to the published video.
The Russian State Duma expects the war against Ukraine to continue until 2030.
As a reminder, Russia attacked warehouses and energy facilities in the Odesa region.
Earlier, drones attacked Ozon logistics centers in two regions of Russia at once.
Drones also attacked Krasnodar and caused a fire at a warehouse.
Earlier, warehouses caught fire in Akulovo, near Moscow.
