Two civilians were injured in an attack by an enemy UAV in the Kharkiv region
In the village of Shevchenkove, two civilians were injured in a strike by a Russian drone, reportedly of the "Gerbera" type. The victims of the attack were a 75-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man, who declined further hospitalization after receiving medical treatment.
This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The enemy drone damaged residential and administrative buildings during the shelling of the Kupianskyi district. Law enforcement officials have already launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war by the Russian armed forces. Emergency services and investigative teams continue to work at the scene to document the consequences of yet another crime against the civilian population.
The attack took place on Tuesday morning around 9:50 a.m., when a drone struck civilian infrastructure in the town. Prosecutors emphasize the systematic nature of Russian strikes on residential areas in the Kharkiv region using loitering munitions. The situation in the region remains tense due to the constant threat of the enemy using various types of strike UAVs.
In the Zolochiv community of the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked the Hryhorii Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of Russian shelling. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
