Late in the morning on September 11, Russian jet-powered drones attacked two gas stations belonging to the “Ukrnafta” chain in Kyiv. Gas stations on both the right and left banks of the capital were targeted.
The chairman of the board of “Ukrnafta” reported that after the air raid alert was sounded, employees and customers evacuated the gas station complexes.
According to the chairman of the board of “Ukrnafta,” the enemy launched a cynical follow-up strike on one of the gas stations.
“Most importantly, after the air raid siren sounded, staff and customers evacuated the gas station premises. At the same time, we are documenting significant damage to the main buildings and critical damage to the equipment,” Kukura noted.
The company’s head emphasized that this is yet another targeted strike against civilian infrastructure that supplies city residents with fuel, and that these attacks serve no military purpose.
Kukura assured that Ukrnafta will restore the damaged facilities and continue to serve its customers.
