Photo: Russian forces carried out nearly 2,000 strikes in the Donetsk region over the past 24 hours
On March 25, the Russian army carried out 1,837 attacks on populated areas in the Donetsk region, using aerial bombs, drones, and artillery.
This was reported by the regional police.
As a result of the massive attacks, one civilian was injured, and extensive damage to residential areas and critical infrastructure was recorded.
The Kramatorsk district suffered the most from enemy strikes, where the occupiers attacked Sloviansk with three Geran-2 drones.
In the city, one person was wounded, three apartment buildings and four private homes were damaged, as well as a municipal utility building.
“The Russians struck Sloviansk with three Geran-2 UAVs—wounding a civilian and damaging three apartment buildings and four private homes,” the regional police officially confirmed.
Rescue services are working at the impact sites to address the aftermath of the explosions.
The invaders dropped a “KAB-250” guided aerial bomb on the city of Kostiantynivka, which completely destroyed a private residence.
In Andriivka, enemy fire damaged 15 private homes and a civilian vehicle at once, leaving dozens of families without adequate living conditions.
Kramatorsk itself suffered four consecutive attacks, including the use of drones, which resulted in damage to seven residential buildings and three vehicles.
In Mykolaivka, a municipal utility facility was hit, and in Kurytsyne, damage to an industrial facility was reported.
Shelling continues in the Bakhmut district as well, where two more private homes were damaged in Riznykivka, Siverska community.
Law enforcement officials are documenting every instance of Russian aggression as a war crime for future international tribunals.
As a reminder, a restaurant in Kharkiv was attacked by a Shahed drone, resulting in one casualty.
Russian drones also attacked a high-rise building in Dnipro.
