Photo: Authorities in the occupied Luhansk region report one fatality and dozens of casualties following a drone attack
In the occupied part of Luhansk Oblast, one person was killed and 35 others were wounded in a drone attack, according to the occupying authorities.
This is reported by Russian propaganda media.
The head of the self-proclaimed “LPR,” Leonid Pasichnyk, stated that the strikes hit the academic building and dormitory of the Starobilsk College of the Pedagogical University. According to him, teenagers aged 14 to 18 were inside the buildings during the attack. Russian authorities claim that people may still be trapped under the rubble. Later, the body of a victim was recovered from the rubble, according to propaganda media citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to Pasichnyk, at the time of the drone attack, there were 86 teenagers aged 14 to 18 in the college buildings. At least 35 people were injured. Emergency services continue to clear the rubble. There may be 15 people trapped beneath it.
