GEOINT analysts have verified damage to processing facilities and storage tanks at the Moscow Oil Refinery
Analysts from specialized investigative communities conducted a detailed geolocation analysis of video footage documenting the nighttime drone attack on the Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotna.
Through a detailed analysis of footage from open sources, experts were able to clearly identify the coordinates and specific industrial facilities that sustained serious damage as a result of the strikes.
Video footage posted online by eyewitnesses clearly shows numerous large-scale fires on the plant’s grounds, as well as at least one powerful explosion of a railway or industrial fuel tank.
The Dnipro OSINT research team quickly created a specialized map with precise geographic coordinates for all known locations where open fires broke out.
According to their data, the main epicenter of the disaster is located at the exact coordinates: 55.644373° 37.805448°.
In turn, GEOINT specialists from CyberBoroshno provided a detailed breakdown of the specific locations where Ukrainian weapons directly struck the plant’s production facilities.
According to the experts’ analysis, a whole list of critical infrastructure facilities was hit: the tank farm, the high-tech G-43-107 catalytic cracking unit, as well as the immediate vicinity of the visbreaking unit.
In addition, the combined unit responsible for the production of methyl tert-butyl ether and oligomer was significantly damaged.
Damage to these specific facilities could completely paralyze or significantly limit the plant’s production process for high-octane gasoline and aviation fuel.

This was reported by the monitoring groups Dnipro OSINT and CyberBoroshno.
