The Main Intelligence Directorate Revealed Details About Russian Maritime Drones
The Main Intelligence Directorate has released a detailed analysis of Russian unmanned boats that the Russian military is developing for maritime warfare.
Among the naval drones analyzed are the “Skanda,” “Iskatel,” “Farvater,” “Trizubets,” “Vizir,” “Murena-300s,” and “BEK-1000.”
The Main Intelligence Directorate outlined their tactical and technical characteristics, manufacturers, and operational features.
The intelligence report noted that Russia is actively investing resources in the development of unmanned maritime systems, as it currently lags behind Ukraine in the field of cutting-edge naval weapons. At the same time, such drones could be used by Russia in the war against Ukraine and pose a threat to civilian shipping.
