Map of Combat Operations on July 15: Ukrainian Armed Forces Struck Russian Positions and Key Military Targets
Ukrainian defenders continue to strike military targets of the Russian army. According to the General Staff, the Defense Forces’ missile forces and artillery struck 14 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, as well as artillery systems, drone control centers, and radar stations.
In total, 229 combat engagements were recorded over the past 24 hours.
According to updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out 127 airstrikes, dropping 391 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 9,192 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,001 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops, including 112 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy airstrikes targeted, in particular, the settlements of Pavlivka, Pustogorod, Luzhky, and Brusky in the Sumy region.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck twelve areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, two artillery systems, and a drone command post.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, two combat engagements took place over the past day, the aggressor carried out three airstrikes using nine guided bombs and fired on the positions of our troops and populated areas 82 times, including six times with multiple-launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the enemy attacked the positions of our units seven times in the areas around the settlements of Vovchansk, Izbytske, and Zybine, as well as toward Lyman.
In the Kupiansk sector, our defenders repelled one enemy attempt to advance toward the town of Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy attempted seventeen times to breach our defenses near the settlements of Novyi Mir, Drobysheve, Lyman, Dibrova, Torske, and Ozerne, as well as toward Shyikivka, Novoyegorivka, and Nadiya.
In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy launched fourteen assaults in the Zakytne area and toward the settlements of Mykolaivka, Kryva Luka, and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy did not conduct any offensive operations.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the occupiers carried out fourteen attacks near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, and Illinivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 39 assaults by the aggressor in the areas around the settlements of Vasylivka, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Novopidhorodne, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novopavlivka, and toward the settlements of Bilytske, Dorozhne, Hannivka, Nove Shakhove, Kucheriv Yar, and Serhiivka.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched a single attack in the Vorone area.
In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers carried out 32 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Rybne, Olenokostiantynivka, Huliaipole, Ternuvate, Zaliznychne, Verkhnia Tersa, Charivne, and toward Hirky, Dobropillia, and Vozdvyzhivka.
In the Orikhiv sector, our defenders repelled three enemy attempts to advance in the areas around the settlements of Stepove, Stepnogorsk, and toward Primorsk.
In the Dnipro sector, Ukrainian units repelled one enemy attack toward the Antonivsky Bridge.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups have been detected.
Ukrainian defenders continue to systematically destroy enemy forces and are putting up effective resistance across all sectors of the front, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces pushed back Russian troops near the villages of Maliivka, Sichneve, Novogeorgievka, and Zaporizke in the Synelnykivskyi District of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Over the past 24 hours, 244 combat engagements took place along the front line. Ukrainian troops continue to repel the advance of Russian occupation forces, inflicting losses on the enemy in terms of personnel and equipment.
On the night of July 14, Russian forces launched a massive combined attack on Ukraine, using ballistic missiles, guided air-to-ground missiles, and attack drones. Air defense forces intercepted five ballistic missiles, two Kh-59/69 missiles, and 108 enemy drones.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s drone forces have struck or destroyed 1,559 Russian military targets, including 15 enemy vessels.
