Despite the constant attacks, emergency services continue to operate at the sites of the attacks—assisting the injured, clearing up the aftermath of the shelling, and documenting the damage. Local authorities are urging residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens and to follow safety guidelines during attacks. Oleg Sinehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
