Kyiv under attack: explosions heard in several districts, there are wounded and fires broke out
On the night of December 27, Russian forces launched a massive strike on Kyiv, using various types of missiles and attack drones, resulting in numerous casualties and damage across different districts of the city.
This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko on Telegram.
According to Mayor Vitalii Klitschko, four out of five injured people have already been hospitalized. One of them sustained shrapnel wounds while driving a truck in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
In the Obolon district, debris fell in a summer cottage cooperative.
Debris also fell in an open area in the Desnianskyi district.
“All services are on site,” Klitschko assured.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out. Preliminary reports indicate that a car service station is on fire.
As a result of the attacks, debris was recorded falling in open areas, as well as a fire at a construction site in the Bucha district. In Vyshhorod, windows in a multi-story building were damaged, and in the Boryspil district, industrial premises and vehicles were damaged.
