The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation—the aggressor state—has once again urged foreign diplomats not to remain in Kyiv, Ukraine, and not to travel to the country. The ministry also stated that Russian troops will continue large-scale strikes on the Ukrainian capital.
Russian attacks on Kyiv’s bridges could force authorities to restrict or completely halt traffic across them for an extended period. According to The New York Times, this poses a risk of serious logistical problems for the capital and all of Ukraine.
