The Kremlin has ordered that the consequences of Ukraine's strikes on Russia be concealed

The administration of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has instructed media outlets under its control to stop publishing photos and videos showing the aftermath of Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory. Instead, propaganda media were advised to focus more on covering the results of Russian attacks on Ukraine.

According to sources, this directive came from the Kremlin in the second half of June. Following this, Telegram channels linked to the Russian government—including Mash, Baza, and Shot—drastically reduced or completely stopped reporting on Ukrainian strikes against Russian targets. Attacks on oil refineries and defense industry facilities received almost no coverage.

Additionally, according to the publication’s sources, there are supporters within Putin’s inner circle who advocate for criminal liability for publishing materials about the consequences of Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory.
