Madyar showed footage of damage to the power substation at the Russian-occupied Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant
On the night of March 29–30, 2026, SBS pilots carried out strikes against energy and military infrastructure in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast.
Drone operators scored two hits on a power substation near the town of Perevalsk, which supplied electricity to the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant. A video recording of the successful operation was released by SBS Commander Robert Brovdi, call sign Madyar.
In addition to energy facilities, the released footage shows the destruction of a “Tor” anti-aircraft missile system. This attack was carried out by pilots of the 9th Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces. Thus, the Ukrainian military continues to destroy the Russian Federation’s logistical and defensive capabilities in the occupied territories. The operation was aimed at disabling strategic facilities that support the aggressor’s industrial and military capabilities.
As a reminder, the Russians attacked the Kyiv region with drones: there is damage.
Russia also attacked Ukraine with 164 drones; air defense forces destroyed 150 UAVs.
