A truck driver was injured in the Belgorod region as a result of explosions
Another series of drone strikes has been reported in the Belgorod Region of the Russian Federation, resulting in at least one casualty.
Russian authorities confirmed that the injured man, who sustained injuries of varying severity, was urgently hospitalized at the nearest medical facility.
The incident occurred directly on the highway. The man sustained various injuries as a result of a drone attack on a truck on the Razumnoe–Novosadovy section of the highway in the Belgorod District; he was taken to the hospital.
The damaged vehicle is currently blocking traffic on that section of the road, where work is underway to address the aftermath of the emergency.
In addition, falling debris and explosions were reported in other settlements in the Belgorod District.
In particular, significant destruction and damage to commercial facilities, vehicles, an administrative building, and a residential building have been reported in the villages of Dubovoye and Komsomolsky.
Local utility services are attempting to assess the extent of material damage caused to private property owners and businesses.
