A 95-year-old man was killed in a drone strike in the Chernihiv region

Russian forces carried out drone strikes on the Koryukivka district of Chernihiv Oblast, resulting in the death of a 95-year-old man. 

This was reported by the State Emergency Service.

The attack caused a fire in a residential building. Rescue workers quickly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.

Information regarding other possible consequences is being clarified.

On March 24, Russian occupiers launched a massive attack on western regions of Ukraine using kamikaze drones. In Lviv, one of the drones struck a building in the city center, causing a fire.

This attack was part of a large-scale air assault by the Russian Federation that on March 24 targeted several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear areas.
