Nearly 2,000 people were evacuated in Donetsk Oblast over the past day
Over the past 24 hours, 1,847 civilians, including 63 children, were evacuated from frontline areas in Donetsk Oblast. The evacuation is ongoing amid intense Russian attacks: over the past day, the occupiers shelled settlements in Donetsk Oblast 44 times.
The Kramatorsk district was hit hardest by the Russian strikes.
In Druzhkivka, one person was killed and two others were wounded as a result of the shelling.
In Kramatorsk, four people were injured as a result of Russian attacks.
Three more people were injured in Sloviansk. There, three high-rise buildings, seven private homes, and three cars were damaged.
In Sukhanivka, one more person was wounded. Russian strikes also damaged 20 private homes there.
Numerous instances of damage were also reported in other settlements across the region.
In Troitske, part of the Cherkasy community, a private home was damaged.
In Ocheretine, in the Oleksandrivka community, a Russian strike damaged a private home, an infrastructure facility, and three cars.
In Petrivka Druha, a store was damaged.
In Novopetrivka, Novodonetsk community, agricultural equipment was damaged, and in Andriivka, a private home was damaged.
In Bilozerske, Pokrovsk District, a two-story residential building and a garage were damaged as a result of shelling.
Amid constant Russian shelling, authorities continue to evacuate civilians from dangerous areas of the region.

At the same time, Russian troops continue to strike settlements in the Donetsk region. In total, 44 shelling incidents were recorded in the region over the past day, resulting in fatalities, injuries, and damage to civilian infrastructure.

Earlier, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, urged residents of the region not to ignore danger warnings and to take steps to ensure their own safety in advance. According to him, in wartime, even the most advanced defenses cannot fully protect critical infrastructure from Russian strikes.
In nine settlements in the Zaporizhzhia District of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, a decision was made to forcibly evacuate children. This decision applies to families remaining in dangerous areas.
