Over the past day, 213 clashes occurred on the front lines; Russia launched the most attacks in certain areas

On September 28, 213 combat engagements were recorded along the front line. The Defense Forces repelled the most attacks in the Pokrovsk sector—30—and another 22 in the Kostiantynivka sector.

 

In total, 213 combat engagements were recorded over the past 24 hours.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, four enemy assaults were recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out 4 airstrikes, using nine guided bombs, and fired on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas 190 times.

In the Southern Slobozhansky sector, Ukrainian units repelled eight enemy attacks. The invaders attempted to advance toward the settlements of Nova Kozacha, Dovhenke, Khrypuny, Riznykove, and Lozova.

In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy made one attempt to improve its position by launching an attack toward Kupiansk.

Attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses were repelled in the Lyman sector, where the occupiers launched 11 attacks in the areas around the settlements of Ridkodub, Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Lyman, and Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy carried out two assaults near Yampil and Kryva Luka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy launched one attack near the settlement of Yurkivka.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, 22 attacks were recorded. The invaders carried out assault operations in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Novoselivka, Dovha Balka, Vilne, and toward the settlements of Kucheri Yar and Zolotyi Kolodyaz.

The enemy carried out 30 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. According to updated information, the occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of the settlements of Svitle and Molodetske, as well as toward Dobropillia, Novohryshyne, Serhiivka, and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attacked twice, in the areas around Oleksandrohrad and Berezove.

In the Hulyaypil sector, the occupiers attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders five times. The enemy attempted to advance in the areas around the settlements of Hirke, Hulyaypilske, and Charivne, as well as toward Vozdvyzhivka.

In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy attempted five times to improve its positions by attacking toward the settlements of Novoandriivka, Yurkivka, Pavlivka, and Stepnogorsk.

In the Dnipro sector, the occupiers did not carry out any assault operations.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.

Russia’s losses over the past 24 hours increased by 1,440 troops.

As a reminder, over the past day, the Russian invaders’ losses totaled 1,520 personnel. Additionally, one tank, five armored fighting vehicles, and 73 artillery systems were destroyed.

Occupied Donetsk and a significant portion of the region’s territory temporarily seized by Russian terrorists were left without power on September 18. 

On the night of Saturday, September 19, the Russian terrorist army struck Pavlohrad. A fire has been reported.
