196 clashes were recorded on the front lines over the past 24 hours — the Pokrovsk sector is the hottest
Since the start of the day on June 10, 196 combat engagements have been recorded along the front line. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the heaviest fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk direction, where 37 enemy attacks have occurred.
Enemy shelling
The enemy carried out 103 airstrikes, dropping 317 guided bombs. In addition, the invaders deployed 5,614 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,123 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
Situation in the north
One combat engagement took place in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions. The enemy carried out one airstrike using one guided aerial bomb and conducted 73 shelling attacks, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.
What about other sectors?
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed our units’ lines four times in the Starytsia area and in the direction of Okhrimivka and Kindrashivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy attacked our positions once today in the direction of the settlement of Kupiansk Vuzlovyi.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 13 attempts by the invaders to advance near the settlements of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, and Yampil, as well as toward Lyman and Ozerny; two more clashes are ongoing.
Defense forces successfully halted 12 attempts by the invaders to advance in the Sloviansk direction near Zakitne, Riznykivka, and toward the settlements of Kryva Luka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy made one attempt to dislodge our defenders from their positions near the settlement of Chasovyi Yar.
- Our defenders repelled seven attacks in the Kostiantynivka sector near Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, and toward Kostiantynivka and Vilne.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 37 attacks. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of Rodynske, Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, and in the direction of Hannivka, Bilytske, Oleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Novooleksandrivka, Novohryshyne, Serhiivka, Novopidhorodne, and Novopavlivka.
According to preliminary estimates, 48 occupiers were eliminated and 9 wounded in this sector today; one tank, three enemy vehicles, and seven units of special equipment, one artillery system, and three enemy shelters were destroyed. One tank, seven artillery systems, one vehicle, two pieces of specialized equipment, one UAV command post, and 86 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 248 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or neutralized.
South
In the Oleksandrivka sector, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks near Zelenyi Hai and Ternove.
The General Staff reports that there were also 20 attacks by the occupiers in the Huliaipole sector in the areas of Rybne, Pryluky, Zaliznychne, and Charivne, as well as in the direction of Dobropillia, Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Hirkyi, and Novoselivka.
The enemy stormed the positions of our defenders three times in the Orikhiv direction near Stepnogorsk and in the direction of Nova Tokmachka and Charivne. One engagement is ongoing.
In the Dnipro direction, the enemy made one futile attempt today to break through our defenses in the area of Bilohrudyi Island.
In other sectors, there are currently no changes in the situation, and no enemy advances have been recorded.
