Russians shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 50 times in a single day; three people were killed

Throughout the day on July 27, Russian invaders attacked five districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 50 times using artillery and drones. As a result of the enemy strikes, three people were killed and six others were wounded.

In the Nikopol district, Nikopol, as well as the Chervonohryhorivska, Marganetska, Tomakivska, and Pokrovska communities, came under fire. A hospital, businesses, high-rise buildings, and vehicles were damaged. In the district, two people were killed and five were wounded, including a 56-year-old man who was hospitalized in moderate condition.

Damage was also reported to an administrative building and vehicles in the Kryvyi Rih district (Zelenodolsk, Apostolivsk, Hrushevsk, Vakulivsk, and Devladivsk communities) and to infrastructure in the Kamyanske district (Zatyshnyanska and Bozhedarivska communities). In Pavlohrad, a 23-year-old man was injured when a facility was struck; he is currently in the hospital. In the Synelnykivskyi District, a fire broke out in the Mykolaivska community, and a 53-year-old woman was killed in a nighttime attack on the Dubovykivska community.

On July 27, Russian troops struck the city of Balakliya in the Kharkiv region. One person was killed in the attack, and eight other residents were injured.

As a reminder, a man was killed in Kherson by the explosion of a “Pelyustka” anti-personnel mine.

The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) has identified those responsible for the shelling of the ATB supermarket in Chernihiv.
