In the Kherson region, 16 people were injured as a result of Russian attacks

Russian troops launched a massive attack on the Kherson region throughout the day, using aircraft, artillery, mortars, and drones. As a result of the strikes, 16 civilians were wounded.

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, at around 10:30 a.m., the occupying forces carried out airstrikes on Kherson. The Korabelny and Tsentralny districts of the city came under fire, leaving seven civilians injured. Another seven people were injured as a result of drone attacks in Kherson, and two in the village of Molodizhne.

As a result of the Russian strikes in Kherson, approximately 35 civilian facilities were damaged, including private homes and apartment buildings, a children’s hospital, educational institutions, an administrative building, a hotel, a shopping center, and transportation infrastructure.

A Russian strike destroyed a UNICEF warehouse that stored humanitarian aid for Ukrainian children and families affected by the war. According to preliminary data, more than 106,000 units of humanitarian supplies with a total value of nearly $3.9 million were lost.

Seven people have been injured in the attack on Zaporizhzhia, including a child.
