In the Odesa district, residential buildings, a "Nova Poshta" branch, and a grocery store were damaged as a result of a drone strike. The attack also caused several private vehicles to catch fire, and there are casualties.
This is statedin a report by the Odesa Regional Military Administration, published on May 27.
UPDATE. 3:04 p.m. The number of injured has risen to eight, including a 12-year-old child, according to OVA Head Kipper. They are receiving medical assistance.
UPDATE. 3:01 p.m. The State Emergency Service released photos of the aftermath of the drone strike on the Odesa district on the afternoon of May 27. A pet store was damaged—a dog was killed. Other damaged facilities include a post office, a liquor store, and passenger cars. The fire covered an area of 1,700 square meters. It has now been extinguished.
UPDATE. 2:44 p.m. The number of people injured in the attack has risen to five, according to Regional Administration Head Kipper.
UPDATE. 2:14 p.m. According to the Regional Military Administration, two men and two women aged 38 to 65 were injured. Two of the victims are in critical condition, while the others are in serious condition. Medical personnel are providing them with necessary care.
Emergency and utility services are dealing with the aftermath of the attack. Law enforcement officials are documenting the Russian Federation’s war crime against the civilian population.
Four victims have been reported. Information regarding the consequences of the attack is being clarified.
