In the Odesa region, Russia attacked a port and damaged a foreign vessel
On the night of April 26, Russian forces launched a massive attack using strike drones on the Odesa region. Once again, the enemy’s primary target was the region’s port and logistics infrastructure.
Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba reported this on Telegram.
During the attack, hits on port infrastructure facilities were recorded. A civilian vessel flying the Palau flag, which was in the port being loaded, was damaged. Warehouses, technical equipment, cargo storage tanks, administrative buildings, and freight transport were also damaged.



According to the head of the regional military administration, the attack lasted several hours, and not only industrial facilities but also residential areas came under fire.
In a five-story building, windows were shattered by debris from downed drones, and a private car was also damaged. Additionally, a strike was recorded at an industrial facility, where a fire broke out.
One person was injured as a result of the attack. The injured person is in the hospital, and his condition is reported to be stable.
Rescue workers extinguished the fires at the impact sites. Law enforcement officials are currently documenting the aftermath of the attack.
An attack by enemy drones was recorded in Chernihiv, resulting in fires in the city and damage to residential buildings.
Ukrainian rescue workers have completed emergency restoration work at the site of a four-story building partially destroyed by a Russian strike. Six people are known to have died, and another 23 were injured.
