“The enemy attacked civilian and port infrastructure in Odesa region with strike drones. Unfortunately, two people were injured — a 3.5-year-old girl and a 44-year-old man. Both have been hospitalized in moderate condition and are receiving full medical care,” the statement said.

Damage was recorded to port tanks and a construction crane, the facade and glazing of a residential building, vehicles, and a medical facility. The kindergarten building was also destroyed.

Emergency and utility services continue to work at the sites, while law enforcement agencies are documenting Russia’s ongoing war crimes against civilians in Odesa region. Residential areas sustained building damage and private vehicles were hit.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine deployed 77 rescuers and 17 units of equipment to respond to the aftermath.
Earlier reports from Chernihiv region noted that two police officers were injured by a Russian drone, and Chernihiv and Slavutych were left without power due to damage to energy facilities and transmission lines. Several other settlements in Chernihiv district also remained completely without electricity.
