The singer Kamalia's cousin was killed in the war
Singer Kamaliya announced the death of her cousin, Serhiy Kanatnikov-Pryadko, who was defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Defense Forces.
According to the artist, the soldier was seriously wounded multiple times during combat operations, underwent treatment, and returned to duty each time. However, after his latest injury, he could not be saved.
“He served. He defended Ukraine. He was pulled from the battlefield wounded on multiple occasions, in very serious condition. But he recovered and returned to the front again. His third return was his last,” Kamaliya wrote.
The singer noted that the family was proud of Serhiy and always cherished every opportunity to see him. She also recalled that less than a year ago, the whole family had gathered together at her cousin’s wedding, where the fallen soldier was also present.
“We are in agonizing pain. We will always remember you—strong, brave, and genuine,” the artist added.

A volunteer from Colombia, who had been fighting Russian aggression in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since December 2022, was killed in the war in Ukraine.
