The enemy’s most intense activity is being recorded in two areas – General Staff

Since the start of the day on July 7, there have been 88 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders. The occupiers’ most intense offensive activity is concentrated in the Pokrovsk direction, where 29 attempts have been recorded to dislodge Ukrainian troops from their positions in areas surrounding more than ten settlements, including Ivanivka, Hryshyne, Udachne, and Serhiivka. Two clashes are still ongoing there, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Intense fighting is also taking place in the Sloviansk sector, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 attacks toward Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and Zakytne

In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 15 enemy assaults; two clashes are still ongoing. In the Kostiantynivka sector, 9 attacks by the occupiers were recorded; in the Lyman and Southern Slobozhanshchyna sectors, there were 7 attempts each to break through the defenses; and in the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attacked 4 times. The enemy carried out one attack in the Kupiansk sector, while no Russian offensive actions were recorded in the Kramatorsk, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovsk sectors.

In addition, in the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk sectors, the invaders carried out 30 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and border settlements, including two attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems. In other sectors of the front, there were no significant changes in the operational situation.

This is stated in the summary of operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 4:00 p.m. on July 7.
