The occupiers shelled residential neighborhoods in Odesa and killed a child
On the night of April 6, Russian occupation forces carried out a massive shelling of residential areas in Odesa, targeting peaceful high-rise buildings.
The terrorist attack caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure and resulted in numerous casualties among the local population, who were in their homes at the time.
According to official data from Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, three deaths had been confirmed as of this morning.
The most tragic loss was the death of a child whose life was cut short by a direct hit from a Russian shell on a residential building.
The number of people injured as a result of the nighttime attack has risen to 10, including some in extremely critical condition.
Currently, doctors are fighting to save a patient’s life in the neurosurgery department, while another victim is in the burn unit under constant medical supervision.
Of particular concern is the condition of the injured children, who have become the latest victims of the occupying forces’ aggression.
Among the ten wounded residents of Odesa are a two-year-old toddler, as well as two teenagers aged 17 and 18, who sustained injuries of varying severity.
