Putin called on Ukrainian troops not to follow orders from their commanders

Russian dictator Putin, commenting on the strike on the temporarily occupied city of Starobilsk, called on Ukrainian troops not to follow orders from the Ukrainian command.

This is reported by Russian media.

He also repeated propaganda claims about alleged corruption within the Ukrainian government and asserted that Kyiv is allegedly provoking Russia into a response so that it can later blame Moscow.

In addition, Putin stated that he had instructed the Russian Ministry of Defense to prepare proposals for a “response” following the strike on Starobilsk.

There is no independent confirmation of the Russian side’s statements regarding the circumstances of the incident, and the widespread claims bear the hallmarks of propaganda rhetoric.

As a reminder, Russia attacked a substation in the Kramatorsk district with an FPV drone.

In the Zolochiv community of the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked the Hryhorii Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of Russian shelling. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
