Russia attacked infrastructure in the Odesa region; one person was injured
In the Odesa region, port, energy, and industrial infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of a Russian attack overnight.
This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.
According to him, damage was recorded at industrial sites, including partially destroyed equipment. Fires broke out at the sites but were quickly extinguished by rescue workers.
“Unfortunately, one person was injured,” Kipper noted.
The attack also caused power outages in some settlements. Critical infrastructure has been switched to backup power sources.
Restoration work is currently underway.
On March 25, Russian forces launched drone strikes on Kharkiv. Hits were recorded in the Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi districts of the city.
In Vinnytsia, the number of casualties from the Russian drone attack on March 24 rose to 20 people, seven of whom were hospitalized.
In the Chernihiv district, an energy facility was damaged as a result of the enemy attack, causing a power outage for consumers. Approximately 150,000 customers in the city of Chernihiv and the Chernihiv district are without power.
On March 24, Russian occupiers carried out a massive attack on western regions of Ukraine using kamikaze drones. In Lviv, one of the drones struck a building in the city center, causing a fire.
This attack was part of a large-scale air offensive by the Russian Federation that on March 24 swept across several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear regions.
