Russia fired a missile at a dormitory in Dnipro
Russian occupation forces struck a residential neighborhood in Dnipro, damaging a dormitory building. During the attack, residents were taking shelter, which prevented any casualties at the time of the strike.

An emergency rescue operation is currently underway at the scene, with State Emergency Service specialists evacuating people from the basement. Rescuers are inspecting the building for potential further damage and providing necessary assistance to those affected. The Russian airstrike on the city’s residential neighborhoods caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
The situation in Dnipro remains tense due to the ongoing threat of renewed shelling. Authorities are urging residents not to leave their shelters until the all-clear is given and to follow official announcements. Timely evacuation to basements was a key factor in saving lives during this hostile attack. Law enforcement officials are documenting yet another crime committed by the Russian Federation against the civilian population of Ukraine.
