Russia has carried out 900 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region; there are casualties
Five people were injured as a result of Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district. In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 900 strikes on 50 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.

According to Ivan Fedorov, six missile strikes hit Zaporizhzhia directly.
In addition, Russian troops carried out the following over the past 24 hours:
22 airstrikes;
662 attacks using various types of drones;
5 attacks with multiple-launch rocket systems;
205 artillery strikes on the territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.
Thus, Russian forces used various types of weapons against the region, striking both the regional capital and other settlements.
As a result of the Russian attacks, the relevant services received 78 reports of destruction and damage.
Infrastructure, residential buildings, vehicles, and farm buildings sustained damage.
Russian shelling of the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours resulted in five people being wounded and extensive destruction.

In Kyiv, the number of casualties from the Russian missile and drone attack on September 17 rose to 16 people. Among them were two children.
On the night of September 17, Russian troops carried out a massive combined attack on Ukraine. The occupiers used ballistic and cruise missiles, anti-ship missiles, and more than 150 attack drones, focusing their main strikes on the Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa regions.
Russia also launched missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia, resulting in casualties.
Earlier, Russia struck Odesa and damaged a high-rise building.
On September 15, a Russian drone strike was recorded in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv. Black smoke is rising from the site.
In the Solomyanskyi district of the capital, a strike was recorded on the grounds of a garage cooperative.
