In the Podilsky District of Kyiv, a fire broke out in an administrative building after it was struck a second time by an enemy drone.

As previously reported, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with missiles and drones on the night of September 17. Damage was reported in several districts.
Damage was caused to residential apartment buildings, educational institutions, a municipal building, vehicles, and railroad tracks. Eighteen people were injured, including a 10-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy.
