Russia has launched more than a thousand strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region; there is one fatality and several people have been injured

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army carried out 1,011 strikes on 57 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, one person was killed and nine others were wounded.

The enemy launched six missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia and 20 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia and a number of settlements in the region.

Most of the attacks were carried out by drones. A total of 718 UAVs of various types, primarily FPV drones, attacked Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk, Kushuhum, Balabine, Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, and dozens of other settlements.

Two rocket attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) were also recorded in Charivne.

In addition, Russian troops carried out 265 artillery strikes on Stepnogorsk, Primorsky, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukyanivskyi, Mali Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Preobrazhenka, Hulyaypil, and other settlements.

Over the past 24 hours, law enforcement agencies and local authorities received 110 reports of damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure.

This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

On August 11, Russian troops killed one resident of the Donetsk region and wounded 13 others.

In the Kherson region, two people were killed and 14 others were wounded over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian aggression.

In the Mykolaiv region, two people were injured over the past 24 hours as a result of attacks by Russian drones. 

In the Poltava region, one industrial facility caught fire as a result of Russian shelling. 

In addition, starting in the evening of August 11, Russian troops attacked four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 20 times with drones and a missile. A 57-year-old man was injured in the strikes.

On the night of August 11–12, Russian occupation forces struck Zaporizhzhia. The attack damaged one of the facilities belonging to the “Epicenter” chain.
