Russia launched a missile attack on the Poltava region; children were among the casualties
On the night of June 21, Russian troops launched a missile strike on the Poltava region, resulting in casualties, including five children, according to local sources.
According to Vitaliy Dyakivnych, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, the occupiers launched missiles at a community in Poltava. The attack left nine people injured, including five children.
Dyakivnych noted that all those affected are receiving the necessary assistance.
As a reminder, Russia attacked the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, causing a fire.
Prior to that, Russian KAB missiles struck the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in injuries.
Five State Emergency Service rescuers were killed as a result of the Russian attack on Kharkiv.
