Ukraine's air defense forces have shot down 267 of the 289 drones used by Russian troops to attack the country since the evening of March 30.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram.
It is noted that starting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, the enemy carried out a large-scale attack using Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas strike UAVs, as well as other types of drones. The launches were carried out from Russian territory—specifically from the directions of Orel, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, as well as from the temporarily occupied Crimea.
About 200 of the drones were Shahed-type.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were deployed to repel the air attack.
As of 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, the destruction or neutralization of 267 enemy drones has been confirmed.
At the same time, 20 strike UAVs were recorded hitting 11 locations. Debris from downed drones also fell in six other locations.
The Air Force emphasized that the attack is ongoing—enemy drones remain in Ukrainian airspace.
The day before, Russian troops fired on the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast nearly 70 times, using drones and artillery. As a result of the attacks, one person was killed, 12 others were wounded, and two of them are in critical condition.

As a reminder, on March 28, a series of explosions occurred at industrial facilities in Russia—an explosives factory was damaged in the Samara region, and an oil refinery was attacked in Yaroslavl.
