Russian drone attacks Dariivka in Kherson region, people injured
As of August 14, Russian shelling and drone attacks are continuing in the Kherson region. At the same time, the Southern Defense Forces are repelling the occupiers’ assaults, conducting counter-battery fire, and striking Russian military targets. Demining operations are also continuing on the right bank of the region.
This morning, a Russian drone attacked Darivka in the Kherson region. Six people were wounded, including a 16-year-old teenager. They sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to the head, torso, arms, and legs, according to the head of the Regional Military Administration.
The number of people wounded in a Russian drone attack in the Dnipro district of Kherson has risen to three. A 53-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury, the Regional Military Administration reported.
Three residents of the Kherson region have been notified that they are suspected of collaboration. During the temporary occupation, they served as “gunmen in a paramilitary security unit” of the illegally established “State Unitary Enterprise ‘Kherson Railway.’” The men guarded facilities of the seized railway infrastructure and carried out orders from “leadership.” They face up to 15 years in prison, the prosecutor’s office reported.
A 70-year-old man was wounded as a result of a morning attack by a Russian drone in the Dnipro district of Kherson. Preliminary reports indicate he suffered blast injuries, according to the Regional Military Administration.
A 55-year-old Kherson resident required medical attention after being attacked by a Russian UAV in the Central District on August 11. She was diagnosed with blast trauma and a concussion, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported.
Russian forces dropped three guided aerial bombs on Kherson, according to the Kherson Defense Forces.

Russian troops attacked two communities in the Mykolaiv region on August 13 and in the morning of August 14. The strikes damaged a cultural center and an educational institution; no one was injured.
In addition, over the past 24 hours, on August 13, Russian troops attacked settlements in the Donetsk region. One civilian was killed and 23 others were wounded as a result of the shelling.
Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure and a business in the Zhytomyr region.
The day before, Russian troops launched a drone attack on the grounds of a hospital in central Kherson. Four female medical workers were injured; all suffered blast injuries and concussions.
On the night of July 19, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv. One person was killed in the attack, and eight others were wounded. Damage and fires were reported in five districts of the capital.
Throughout the day on July 17, Russian forces carried out strikes on Kharkiv and 29 other settlements in the Kharkiv region. Two people were killed and 18 others were wounded as a result of the shelling; among the injured were five children.
