Russia struck Odesa: three dead and three wounded
On the afternoon of July 20, Russian troops launched an attack on Odesa. According to preliminary reports, infrastructure facilities were hit.
Thick black smoke rose over the city following the explosion, and power outages occurred in some areas. DTEK reported that residents of Peresyp, Balkivska, and surrounding areas should not expect power to be restored until at least this evening.
According to updated information, three people were killed and three others were injured as a result of the attack. The injured are receiving necessary medical care.
Local authorities have also urged residents to close their windows and, if possible, to stay indoors due to the thick smoke.
