Russia strikes Kyivstar headquarters in Kyiv — The Hindu International

Statement by the Russian Defence Ministry
Russia’s Ministry of Defence stated that it had struck a data centre which, it claims, belongs to Vodafone Ukraine. The article describes Vodafone Ukraine as Ukraine’s second-largest mobile operator.
