As of 4:28 p.m., 39 people in Kharkiv had sought medical assistance following an airstrike on the Slobidskyi district.
"The number of victims of the KAB strike on Kharkiv has risen to 39. People continue to seek help. Medical teams, State Emergency Service units, and law enforcement officers are working at the impact sites,” Synyegubov wrote on his Telegram channel. Earlier, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported 3 fatalities and 29 injured.
