Russia carried out 235 attacks on the front lines over the past 24 hours — General Staff
Over the past 24 hours, 235 combat engagements took place along the front lines. Russian forces carried out the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction—33—while another 17 assaults were recorded in the Kostiantynivka direction.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 114 airstrikes, during which they dropped 365 guided bombs. In addition, the invaders deployed 10,808 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,953 shelling attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops, 46 of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
In particular, the following settlements came under enemy fire: Sopych, Bachivsk, Korenok, Luzhky, Kozache, Ulanove, Hyrky, Kindrativka, Pysarivka, Ivolzhanske, Mogrytsia, Yastrubyne, Rohizne, Andriivka, Korchakivka, Zapsillia, and Sadky in Sumy Oblast; as well as Hasychivka and Klyusi in Chernihiv Oblast. Velyka Berezka, Tovstodubove, Sumy, Vakaliivshchyna, Velyka Rybytsia, and Mala Rybytsia were hit by airstrikes.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck five areas where enemy troops were concentrated, six UAV command posts, and eight of the occupiers’ artillery systems.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, three enemy assaults were recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out 144 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas. It carried out seven airstrikes using 14 guided bombs.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Ukrainian units repelled five enemy attacks. The invaders attempted to advance toward Izbytske, Ivanivka, and in the areas of Starytsia, Chuhunivka, and Zakharivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy attempted to improve its positions four times by conducting assault operations in the areas of Petropavlivka, Kivsharivka, and Hlushkivka.
In the Lyman sector, our defenders successfully repelled nine attempts by the invaders to advance toward Novyi Mir, Olgivka, Lyman, and in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka, Stavy, Drobysheve, and Dibrova.
In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy carried out three assaults near Ozerne, Kryva Luka, and in the direction of Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy did not conduct any offensive operations.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, 17 attacks were recorded. According to updated information, the invaders carried out assaults near Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Dovha Balka, Toretsk, Vilne, and in the direction of Novopavlivka, Mykolaypillya, and Kucherove Yar.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy carried out 33 attacks. The enemy attempted to advance in the areas around the settlements of Dorozhne, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Novooleksandrivka, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Novomykolaivka, Muravka, and in the direction of Hannivka, Svitle, Dobropillia, Matyashove, and Serhiivka.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy carried out three assaults toward Berezove, Kalynivske, and in the area of Novohryhorivka.
In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions eight times. The enemy attempted to advance toward Rizdvyanka, Vozdvizhivka, and in the areas of the settlements of Tsvitkove, Huliaipole, and toward Charivne.
In the Orikhiv sector, the Defense Forces repelled two enemy attacks in the area of Malaya Tokmachka and toward Novoyakovlivka.
In the Dnipro sector, the occupiers did not carry out any offensive operations.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
In total, over the past 24 hours, the Russian invaders suffered 1,490 casualties. Additionally, two tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 64 artillery systems, two multiple-launch rocket systems, four air defense systems, 23 ground-based robotic systems, 1,925 unmanned aerial vehicles, 590 enemy vehicles, and 16 units of special equipment, according to the General Staff.
As a reminder, the Ozon logistics hub caught fire in Saratov following a drone attack.
Earlier, an oil refinery caught fire in Volgograd following an attack.
As of the morning of September 10, 2026, the Russian army’s total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion amount to approximately 1,502,390 soldiers. In the past 24 hours alone, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia lost another 1,520 servicemen.
The day before, 221 combat engagements were recorded along the front lines. The enemy launched the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 21 assaults, and Russian troops lost more than 60 occupiers.
