According to monitors, the NOVATEK plant in Ust-Luga, which processes gas condensate and exports petroleum products, was hit. The port in Vyborg was also attacked, and strikes were recorded in the city itself.
Separately, in the Belgorod region, authorities reported a missile strike on the region. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov noted that energy infrastructure facilities were damaged, leaving part of the region without electricity, water, and heat.
No official data on casualties from the nighttime attack has been released yet. Given the scale and geography of the events, the attack covered a number of Russian regions, including rear areas, and is considered one of the most extensive in recent times.

As a reminder, Russia is attempting to escalate its drone attacks on Ukraine. So far, it has not been able to maintain this pace consistently. However, these actions may indicate preparations for a protracted war and new large-scale strikes.
