Russia deployed a record 8,000 unmanned aerial vehicles in March

In March, the Russian military deployed 7,987 guided aerial bombs, marking the highest figure since the beginning of the year.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense, citing data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is noted that this is more than 1,500 more than in February, which had previously been a record month for the number of guided bombs used.

At the same time, the intensity of hostilities remained high—4,985 combat engagements were recorded during the month.

The highest number of battles in a single day was recorded on March 17—286.

Also, over the course of the month, the enemy carried out more than 115,000 artillery strikes, including 2,834 from multiple launch rocket systems.

Additionally, as a result of a massive drone attack on Odesa on March 28, the death toll rose to four.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked four border communities in the Chernihiv region with FPV drones, causing significant damage and resulting in deaths and injuries.
