The Russian army launched a drone strike on the Lozivska community. The strike hit near a gas station and a service station, according to local sources.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.
“According to the investigation, on June 1 at around 10:00 a.m., the Russian armed forces struck the city of Lozova. The strike caused a fire near the gas station and service station. No casualties were reported,” the post states.
According to preliminary data, the Russian army used a “Geran-2” strike drone. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to Lozova Mayor Serhiy Zelenskyi, strikes also occurred in other locations.
“Damage from Russian drones was recorded near a gas station, a service station, and at other critical infrastructure sites. Rescue workers quickly extinguished the fires,” the mayor said.
Earlier, Russia attacked a gas service vehicle in Sumy with a drone; it was burned to the ground.
