Russians attacked Kharkiv with strike drones; there are casualties

On March 25, Russian forces launched drone strikes on Kharkiv. Hits were recorded in the Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi districts of the city.

This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synyegubov.

 In the Kholodnohirskyi district, a drone struck near a residential building. As a result, cars caught fire: nine were damaged, and three were completely destroyed. Windows in apartments were shattered. There are casualties.

In the Novobavarsky district, the attack occurred in a residential area. The gas network was damaged, a fire broke out on the roof of a house, and windows were shattered in several private and apartment buildings.

As of now, six casualties have been reported in Kharkiv: women aged 66, 70, and 84; a 71-year-old man; as well as a 48-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl who suffered acute stress reactions. One of the women is in critical condition. All are receiving qualified medical care.

In Vinnytsia, the number of casualties from the Russian drone attack on March 24 has risen to 20, seven of whom have been hospitalized.

In the Chernihiv region, an energy facility was damaged as a result of the enemy attack, causing a power outage for consumers. Approximately 150,000 customers in the city of Chernihiv and the Chernihiv region are without power.

On March 24, Russian occupiers carried out a massive attack on western regions of Ukraine using kamikaze drones. In Lviv, one of the drones struck a building in the city center, causing a fire.

This attack was part of a large-scale air offensive by the Russian Federation that on March 24 swept across several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear regions.
