Russia's massive attacks on Ukraine were a consequence of the ceasefire – DeepState
The massive shelling of Ukraine may be a consequence of the so-called temporary “ceasefire.” In their view, Russia used the lull to build up its resources and prepare new strikes. Russian forces have resumed massive attacks on Ukrainian territory, launching one of the largest waves of attack drones toward the western regions. The threat of ballistic weapons use also remains.
According to analysts from the DeepState project, the current escalation is a direct consequence of the insidious temporary “peace.”
According to the analysts, while Ukraine maintained a clear and humane stance, the Russian side used this time solely as a cynical opportunity to accumulate resources to continue killing civilians and destroying infrastructure.
“Ukraine’s position was clear and humane. For the Muscovites, this is simply a cynical opportunity to kill again,” the analysts wrote.
The situation on the front lines and in the frontline zones is characterized by the following factors:
Tactics on the front: The enemy acted selectively—in areas advantageous to them, they conducted rotations, evacuated the wounded, retrieved the bodies of the dead, and reinforced their positions. On other sections of the front, the occupiers did not cease their assaults and shelling.
- Mirror response by the Ukrainian army: Ukrainian troops responded in kind and eliminated the invaders in the event of any violations of the ceasefire.
- Use of aerial bombs: A significant intensification of shelling has been recorded in frontline and near-frontline zones; in particular, the enemy is making massive use of guided aerial bombs.
“Yet another proof that the Muscovites are not human. And the words ‘if you want peace, prepare for war’ best describe the situation,” analysts added.
