The Russians attacked a facility in Chernihiv
In Chernihiv, Russian troops struck one of the local businesses. On the night of July 22, air raid alerts were issued several times in the region due to the threat of drone attacks, and in the morning, the siren sounded again for the Chernihiv district.
At around 9:15 a.m., the Air Force reported jet-powered UAVs over the Chernihiv region, moving toward the Kyiv Reservoir.
At 9:16 a.m., a report came in about another jet-powered UAV heading toward Chernihiv.
Later, the Chernihiv City Council reported that Russian forces had struck a facility on the northeastern outskirts of the city with a drone.
Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, reported around 09:38 that an enemy UAV had struck a warehouse, causing a fire. One person is known to have been injured.
“Stay in safe places until the air raid alert is over,” the official emphasized.
As a reminder, Russian troops attacked 54 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, carrying out 979 strikes. Three people were killed as a result of the enemy shelling, and another 24 residents were injured.
The Russians struck a residential building in the Kyiv region, injuring five people.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and 11 others were injured as a result of Russian strikes.
