Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia claimed the lives of two people
On the evening of August 17, Russian forces launched a drone strike on Zaporizhzhia. The attack sparked a fire in one of the city’s garden communities. According to preliminary reports, the Russian strike resulted in the deaths of two people.
The enemy struck the city around 8:54 p.m.
Initially, there was no information about casualties. Later, it became known that the attack had proved fatal for two people.
Around 10:14 p.m., Fedorov reported that a 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman had been killed as a result of the enemy strike.
“Unfortunately, two people were killed: a 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, as a result of the enemy attack on the Zaporizhzhia garden community,” said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
Thus, the Russian drone not only caused a fire on the grounds of the gardening community but also claimed the lives of two people.
