A Russian missile struck the center of Pryluky; the number of injured has risen to 17
On May 19, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on the central part of the city of Pryluky in the Chernihiv region.
This was reported by the Chernihiv Regional Police on their Facebook page.
According to preliminary data, two people were killed and 17 others were injured to varying degrees as a result of the enemy attack. At least one child is among the victims in the city.
All necessary specialized services have been rapidly deployed to the scene. The attack damaged a number of buildings and local residents’ vehicles.
Police investigative teams, forensic experts, community police officers, and all emergency services immediately arrived at the scene of yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation.
They are working around the clock to address the aftermath of the strike. The police are assisting citizens and documenting the consequences of the Russian attack on the civilian population of Pryluky.
