Russian forces carried out nearly 1,000 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours
Over the course of the day on August 19, Russian troops carried out 970 strikes on 57 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Six people were wounded as a result of the enemy attacks.
Airstrikes were carried out 22 times on Zaporizhzhia and a number of settlements in the region.
The enemy deployed 655 drones of various types, primarily FPV drones.
A total of 285 artillery shellings and 8 strikes from multiple-launch rocket systems were recorded.
As a result of the attacks, the police received 106 reports of damage to infrastructure, homes, cars, and farm buildings.

As a reminder, Kyiv and Brovary were the main targets of the Russian Federation’s attack.
Since the evening of August 19, Russian troops have attacked four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 20 times. The occupiers used drones, aerial bombs, and artillery in their attacks.
Earlier, it was reported that an accident at power facilities was recorded in the Brovary community as a result of the enemy attack.
