A Russian drone struck a shopping center in Odesa
On the afternoon of May 27, Russian occupation forces attacked the Odesa region using unmanned aerial vehicles.
This was officially reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, on his Telegram channel.
Eight people were injured when an enemy drone struck a shopping center building.
Law enforcement and medical personnel identified a 12-year-old child among the injured.
The head of the Regional Military Administration noted that all those injured are currently receiving the necessary medical care. Earlier, in initial reports from the scene, officials had reported only five casualties.
“The number of casualties from the enemy UAV attack on the Odesa region has risen to eight, including a 12-year-old child. The injured are receiving all necessary assistance,” the statement said.

Two people were killed and 19 others were wounded as a result of a Russian missile strike on the city of Derhachi in the Kharkiv region.
The Russian Foreign Ministry announced its intention to carry out “systemic strikes” on Kyiv, claiming that the targets would allegedly be facilities involved in the development, production, and use of Ukrainian drones.
